This program delivers a fresh training block every month, including 5 structured lifts per week—speed work, lower body strength, upper body power, and blended upper/speed days—plus two optional aerobic sessions. Each week blends plyometrics, sprinting, agility, and strength to build explosive, resilient, well-rounded athletes.
